　　该剧改编同名网络小说《法官李汉英》，讲述了相信在法庭上能够伸张正义的法官李汉英，不听从上司的命令，对财阀下达了实刑判决，结果被杀害。之后带着所有的记忆获得了第二次人生的机会，只知道正义的异端他，所展开的故事。

前途无量的画家过着人人羡慕的生活，不料一位聪明的年轻女子再度现身。这位不复当年光彩、徒具躯壳的昔日好友出现后，画家的生活逐渐崩解。

　　幕末の動乱期。行方不明の父を探して江戸から京を訪ねてきた少女、雪村千鶴。その千鶴の前に現れたのは、人とは思えぬ恐ろしい所業を繰り広げる「羅刹」と、土方歳三(崎山つばさ)が率いる「新選組」の隊士たちだった。羅刹を一瞬のうちに斬り捨てる新選組。しかし、千鶴の父・綱道は、その羅刹とも新選組とも、切っても切れぬ因縁があったのだ。やがて千鶴は、新選組に身を置き、父を探すことになる…。
