本剧改编自同名漫画，讲述了了作为经营非法工具的“工具商”踏入池袋地下社会的不起眼大学生，在黑道、半腐败集团、中国黑手党等非一般坏人中间生存的样子，时而幽默，时而紧迫的新感觉犯罪悬疑故事。
美枝子（藤野涼子 饰）和槙雄（青木柚 饰）是上同一所高中的好朋友。 他们开始一起做兼职，并认识了大学生永慈（中川大介 饰），三人开始一起玩耍。 有一天，永慈说他喜欢槙雄，两人走到一起。 然而，他们周围的人都反对他们的关系。 他们的特殊关系逐渐改变。 然后，槙雄偶然与他青梅竹马的朝人（兼近大树 饰）重逢。
